Plastics manufacturing
Manufacture of plastics products
Crestline Plastics works across rubber and plastics products, with plastic spectacle frames as a stated part of its manufacturing scope. The focus stays on what we make and the materials involved.
Production approach
Resin selected before tooling starts
Each job begins with raw resin evaluation, so material grade is matched to the part before any mold is cut. Our floor work follows that same discipline from setup through finished component.
Finished parts are inspected against the agreed drawing, and the plastic spectacle frame components are handled with the same care as larger molded items.

Operating principles
Material standards across every line
Material testing and tooling alignment run together across our plastics production. Standards hold for functional molded components and for optical frames alike, so a buyer working on rubber and plastics products or spectacle frames deals with one set of practices.
Our plastic spectacle frames are made within the same manufacturing scope as the wider range. The work centers on technical accuracy and steady industrial supply, with each run checked against its specification before it leaves the facility.
