Plastic spectacle frames
We manufacture plastic spectacle frames as a defined part of our plastics work. Temple geometry, rim construction, and surface finish are specified against each component drawing.
The focus stays on the frame itself: the materials involved, the molded form, and the finish that leaves the line.
Temple geometry
Temples are formed to the dimensional drawing supplied for each frame line.
Rim construction
Rims and bridges are molded as components, then assembled into the front chassis.
Surface finish
Finish is set per batch, so each run matches the sample approved for it.
